Revolutionizing Precision Medicine: City College of New York’s Innovative AI Model Predicts Human Responses to Drug Compounds

New AI models can predict the human response to drugs, revolutionizing medicine

The cost is lower and the effectiveness is higher.

The new AI model from City College of New York will be able predict human responses to novel drug compounds. It is also faster and less expensive. Published in Nature Mature Intelligence.

Research has shown that the CODE-AE model is able to screen new medication molecules, and predict their efficacy in humans with a high degree of accuracy. It was also able, in tests, to identify potentially more effective tailored medication for over 9,000 people.

This technique, published in Nature Mature Intelligence October 17th, could significantly accelerate precision medicine and drug development.
