First AI laser skin treatment
Hong Kong-based tech company claims to have developed the first artificially intelligent skin treatment that scans and detects heat, sensitivity, and shape of the customer’s facial features. Rods Technology has spent five years developing this technology in order to reduce the number injuries caused by dermatologists who are \”blind\”. Between January and July 1, 2020, Hong Kong reported over 100 laser facial injuries. The robot dermatologist can be programmed by a human operator to reduce acne scars, wrinkles, and even tattoos. The first commercial facial will be sold in July 2022.
